  The ratification balloting has closed. Ballots are to be counted on 3/21/09 and we should expect results soon afterwards.
  
  
• Overtime Dispute
  
  DPA has released instructions that conflict with the new contract. We are preparing to dispute this misapplication of the contract. If you work overtime and are not properly paid please contact a steward and they will record your information .
